Underworld: Rise of the Lycans

is third part of Underworld series of movies.


Plot of the Movie:
Viktor, the emperor of Vampires takes a Lycan to his home by killing his mother. Lycans have the ability to change their appearance to wolf and get back to human form.

Time passed on quickly and Lycan grows up. Viktor has a gorgeous daughter named Sonja and she deveops an attraction towards the handsome Lycan. During that time the humans in that area approached Viktor to salvage them from ferocious wild werewolves. Sonja makes a decision to protect the human population from werewolves, she sets out to guard them. Lycan smelled danger to his lover and went to the place where Sonja was fighting the werewolves. Lucian after seeing the dangerous werewolves immediatley takes off his collar to change into Lycan, by seeing this werewolves retreated. Emperor Victor felt happy with Lycon for saving his daughter, but punished Lycon for violating his command of "not to change into Lycan." Lycan was whipped 30 times with a bladed whip and jailed.

Very soon Lycan escapes from the prision and destroys many vampires and frees the jailed Lycans. Viktor comes to know that his daughter has an illegal realtionship with Lycon and imprisons her. Hearing this Lycan rushes to release her. Sonja find her in a situation to fight her father, she discloses him that she is carrying the child of Lycon. Viktor overpowers her with his sword and locks both Sonja and Lycan in prision. Viktor executes his daughter but Lycan manages to escape. In the end Lycon kills Viktor and declares this victory as only the beginning.

The movie ends with a scene of showing viktor alive thereby signalling the arrival of Part-Iv.
